The American dream can sometimes seem out of reach for families with low, very low, or moderate incomes. For over 20 years, Goldenrule Housing & Community Development Corp. has helped families achieve the dream of becoming first-time homeowners, often the first in their generation.
We are a regional organization founded and developed to address the needs of residents in substandard housing. Goldenrule can build, restore, remodel, and even move homes to a new lot to fulfill its vision to combat community blight and abuse of low-income families by slum lords in the region we serve.
